Creator Agreement

1. Creator Obligations

• Accurately represent your audience, niche and deliverables.
• Deliver agreed work on time and to the standard promised.
• Comply with advertising disclosure laws (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

2. Deals & Collaborations

When you accept a brand deal or campaign, you enter into an agreement with the counterparty. Influence facilitates introductions but is not a guarantor of payment or performance.

3. Independent Contractor Status

You act as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Influence. You are responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations.

4. Earnings
