How payments, subscriptions and refunds work on Influence.

1. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges, including recurring subscription fees where relevant.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Prices and plan features may change with notice.
You can manage or cancel via the customer portal in settings.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
One-time purchases (e.g., listings, boosts) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or made available.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days.
4. Mobile Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores’ refund policies, which may differ from ours.
