User Agreement

1. Scope

This User Agreement applies to everyone who accesses Influence, including creators, brands, sponsors and visitors, and supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
• Honor commitments you make to other users.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other members.

3. Platform Role

Influence provides tools to connect creators and brands. We are not a party to agreements made between users and do not guarantee outcomes of collaborations or deals.

4. Disputes Between Users

Users are responsible for resolving disputes among themselves. We may, but are not obligated to, assist or mediate.
