1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Influence, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use Influence. Influence is currently invite-only.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post and grant Influence a license to host and display it to operate the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Influence is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influence is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
