Brand Campaign Rules

Rules brands and sponsors must follow when running campaigns.

Effective date: June 14, 2026

1. Campaign Content

  • Be truthful about products, services, budgets and deliverables.
  • No prohibited, illegal or age-restricted products without proper safeguards.
  • Respect creators’ creative control and disclosure obligations.

2. Fair Dealing

  • Pay creators on agreed terms and in full.
  • Do not pressure creators into undisclosed advertising.
  • Do not request fake reviews or misleading endorsements.

3. Enforcement

Campaigns that violate these rules may be removed and offending accounts may be suspended.
